    A 14 day 'change of mind' period applies to all physical products. The customer pays for the return shipping, and refunds for the goods are processed within 3-5 working days of the goods being recieved. Products must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. To request a change of mind return, go to the 'contact me' section of the site.

     

    If the product arrives damaged/not as described, you will be issued a refund for the shipping returns costs as well as the products, or a replacement good.
