Irish
Our Irish Paper One book is authored by the exceptionally experienced Máire Ní Cheallaigh, Irish teacher from the Institute of Education. Máire has a particular interest in debates and spent more than 20 years preparing students to participate in Gael Linn debates.
Maths

Written by the exceptionally charismatic and experienced Brian Scully, the booklet will guide students through the hardest aspects of LC maths. For teachers in particular, the included videos are a masterclass in how to explain complex topics understandably and clearly.
Accounting
The theory aspects of the Accounting paper in the Leaving Cert are often poorly answered. It is important to understand that often, the difference between someone achieving an H1 and an H2 is their understanding of Accounting Theory.
This book takes the theory elements of the accounting course, which can account for up to 10% of the exam, and combines them together in one easy to follow guidebook. In essence, this book is a “one stop shop” for the theory elements of the accounting course, thereby saving students the task of locating this information throughout their textbook.

Biology
We are proud to have Róisín Doyle as our exclusive LC Biology author. She has been teaching Biology at the Institute of Education, since 2013, has worked with the State Examinations Commission for several years, and has authored mock papers for Examcraft from 2017- 2021. In the 2023 Leaving Cert, 40% of Róisín’s students achieved an H1 in Biology.
